The bachelor in real estate consists of two disciplines: land surveying and real estate management. Students start in one of these two options in the first year already. The curricula consist of general courses, engineering courses, legal courses and specific land surveying or real estate management courses.

After completing this bachelor programme, it is possible to specialize further in the postgraduate programmes Geo-ICT or Property Management.
