• DSL1: Together with the management developing and executing a policy at various levels and in various work areas and sectors. In addition to this, taking the company vision and strategy into consideration, from economic, legal and administrative points of view.
• DSL2: Both internally and externally, purposefully and independently communcating with various stakeholders. These conversations are held in Dutch and in at least two foreign languages at CEFR level B2, both orally and in writing.
• DSL3: Using IT tools in an effective and fluent manner, in support of the functioning and the organization of the company.
• DSL4: Taking shared responsibility for the conceptual design, planning, organization, logistic support and coordination of activities and projects and stimulating the purposeful action of others.
• DSL5: Autonomously and systematically organizing the administration in various work areas so that all information is accessible in an efficient manner for whomever is allowed to have it at their disposal.
• DSL6: Systematically and independently looking up relevant data while asking oneself a specific question; analyzing, selecting and processing critically (evaluating, synthesizing, reporting and presenting).
• DSL7: Efficiently and constructively cooperating in a multidisciplinary and intercultural (national or international) team.

• OS1-MMA: Both internally and externally, purposefully and independently communicating with stakeholders in healthcare (thorough knowledge of medical terminology, initiation pharmacology).
• OS2-MMA: Organizing and managing the medical administration in an autonomous and independent way (the financing systems of the NIHDI in relation to the medical registration).
• OS3-MMA: Adequately applying first aid under time pressure and in stressful situations.
• OS1-BV: Both internally and externally, purposefully and independently translating (orally) and interpreting (consecutively/simultanuously) from Dutch into two foreign languages and the other way round.
• OS2-BV: Both internally and externally, purposefully and independently translating (orally) and interpreting (consecutively/simultanuously) from Dutch into two foreign languages and the other way round.
• OS3-BV: Both internally and externally, purposefully and indepently translating from Dutch into a fourth language (German/Spanish) and the other way round.
• OS4-BV: Using translation software in an effective and fluent manner, in support of the functioning and the organization of the company.
