Sport is more than competition, it can also be a vehicle for social inclusion. We investigate social-sportive work at the intersection of sport, welfare and youth work, examining how these hybrid practices can improve access and opportunities for marginalized groups. Through an ecosystemic lens, we analyse how cross-sectoral collaborations - and the tensions they produce - shape outcomes in complex urban environments.
