University College Ghent has eight libraries, one on each campus, with a wide variety of services and content. There are 2 art libraries, 1 digital library and 5 learning commons. Our libraries provide content including all subject areas, according to the school’s curriculum. You’ll find the services and resources you need to help you with learning, research and scholarship.
Our print collection contains about 600,000 records. The collection can be retrieved by searching in the Alephcatalogue, http://lib.hogent.be.
Many of the library resources are available online. You can retrieve them using our website: http://lib.hogent.be.
If you want to connect to most of our databases, ejournals and e-books at home, you must use the Apollo portal: https://apollo.hogent.be. Apollo also offers remote access to software. More information about connecting to the Apollo portal: http://lib.hogent.be/how-to/search-at-home/
If you need more information, don’t hesitate to contact the library staff. They are committed to helping you find and use the information you need.
