In a superdiverse society, clear and inclusive communication is essential. At 360° Care and Wellbeing, we are helping to build a system of care and wellbeing in which everyone feels heard and understood, including people with limited language proficiency or those who speak a different language. Our projects provide healthcare and wellbeing professionals with the tools and insights they need to communicate in a diversity-sensitive way, address cultural and language differences openly, and remove barriers to access. Together, we are working towards more accessible and equitable care.
