Introduction.
Tool material.
Part 1: Map your network
With this step-by-step plan, you can identify which local actors are part of your initiative's network. Follow the steps and keep the result on hand for Part 2.
Part 2: 10 dimensions of accessibility
We provide insight into different dimensions of accessibility through 10 information sheets. Each sheet represents one dimension of accessibility. Based on examples and dialogue and reflection questions, we encourage you to think about accessibility in your local context. Keep the results from Part 1 on hand.
The information sheets provide insight into various dimensions of accessibility but do not serve as a checklist or scoreboard. Therefore, choose one or a few dimensions you would like to focus on, depending on the objectives or the goals of your initiative. Which dimensions do you want to specifically work on and why? Or which dimensions are challenging within your initiative at this moment?
Tip: Address ‘connected’ as the final dimension. Incorporating insights from the other dimensions when addressing ‘connected’ can be useful. Additionally, this dimension provides a good transition to the final step ‘Part 3: The future’.
